About Us

The Net.Works project aims to bring together professional craft makers and specialty food businesses in Rural Carmarthenshire to promote, support and develop their businesses through collaboration and mentoring.

Anna Sadler

Anna has worked in various business and community development roles both within the third sector and as a Business Development Officer for the local authority. Anna currently works as a Business and Enterprise supply teacher, as well as running her own Welsh food hamper company. Coming from a farming background Anna is passionate about promoting the fabulous range of artisan produce that Wales has to offer.

Anna has worked closely with both food and craft businesses within Carmarthenshire, Pemborkeshire and Ceredigion to set up and develop their businesses.

Anna has a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management and is a qualified teacher of Business Studies.

Shell Williams

Shell has worked for many years in the Third Sector and previously set up an art community in Carmarthenshire. She is a trained coach and mentor and has helped unlock people’s potential on a personal and professional level. Her extensive knowledge of social media, building community and empowering people to build their own business and networks is a power house. Shell will show you how to create your unique and bespoke package around your community, business and personal needs.

Shell is currently undertaking consultancy work for CETMA, as well as running her two businesses and home schooling her son. She’s a mum of six who has lived in Carmarthenshire for over 14 years. She’s passionate about real food, growing your own, crafting and small business.
